1- package of chicken breast cut in halves
1- family size can of cream of chicken soup
1- chicken bouillon cube
1/2- cup of water
I use a big oval sized french white corningware casserole dish to cook this meal in. Place chicken breast in the bottom of casserole dish. Pour in the chicken soup and water. Mix up a little. The place the bouillon cube in and mix in the soup so you can't see it. Cook in the oven covered at 325 for at least 2 hours (you can cook longer if you like, it just makes the chicken melt in your mouth). I occasionally check on it and mix it while it is cooking. Serve it with rice or noodles (your preference) and you then have a very yummy yet easy meal!
